Password Management Tool Indigo DRS Help

Indigo Password Management Tool (PMT) is a professional password management system that allows sensitive user logins and passwords and / or credentials to be managed, organised and securely stored in an AES encrypted data file with easy and quick access to the secured data.

Featuring AES 256 Advanced Encryption Standard information and Data can be stored and transmitted across the Internet / Cloud in the most secure way possible.

It is important that you keep a copy of your encryption passwords in a secure location. Strong passwords must be used to ensure strong encryption keys are generated. Passwords are recommended at least 16 characters long with a mixture of upper and lower case letters, numbers and punctuation.

Security Password Details

Enter a Name for the Security Password, Reference and a Description. Enter a strong Password and Confirm or Auto-Generate by clicking the Generate button.

The Auto-Generate function can include Letters, Numbers, Mixed Case and Special Characters in a Password with a Maximum number of required characters to ensure all Passwords are as secure and unique as possible for the ultimate security.

Click OK to add to the Password Store then click Save to commit the Store and Save to File.

Password Folders

Security Passwords can be organised in Folders.

Enter the Folder Name click OK to add to the Password Store then click Save to commit the Store and Save to File.

Encryption Passwords

Encryption passwords are used to create strong encryption keys for the AES 256 Advanced Encryption Standard.

Passwords are recommended at least 16 characters long with a mixture of upper and lower case letters, numbers and punctuation.

Password Store Data File

The Password Store Data File stores all Passwords using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256 is a symmetrical encryption algorithm that uses a 256-bit encryption key.

Specify a secure Private Encryption Password for the Password Store and keep in a safe place. Store Encryption Passwords can be required each time or remembered.

It is accepted by the U.S. and Canadian governments as the most secure way to store sensitive Data.

With AES-256 bit encryption you can be assured that you will be the only one who can access your critical information.
