Report Licensing Entitlement (RLE) allows the use and distribution of Reports to be governed and controlled with a powerful licensing system. Flexible licensing terms allow Reports to be distributed with conditions tied to hardware, users and infrastructure thus maximising control, distribution and profitability.

The Report License Management Tool enables the rapid deployment and publishing of Report Licenses. Click the Publish button to open the Report License Publishing Tool.

Report License Entitlement can be controlled from the License Management Tool.

Report License Folders

Create a Folder for the Report Entitlement to organise it in the License Store.

Report License Publishing Tool

The Report License Publishing Tool publishes Report License Entitlements from the current list in the Report License Manager.

Check the Report Entitlement to Publish and click the Execute button.

Report License Entitlement

Attach a License File to a Report to control how the Report is used with conditions tied to hardware, users and infrastructure thus maximising control, distribution and profitability.

Report License Files can also contain 'Licensing Terms' allowing restrictions to be applied to the use and distribution of Reports.

Click add to include a License Term and specify the parameters the Report Licensing Engine should validate.

NOTE: Report Licensing* is an optional feature that requires a separate application licensing entitlement to be purchased for the Report Designer Tools!
